Since the last International Sales Meeting in con­junction with the celebrations for the 50th anniver­sary of LISEGA’s establishment had been really sizable with over 120 participants, the aim was to hold a smaller meeting this year. To ensure high effectiveness and sufficient room for discussion in the course of the comprehensive 3-day program, each LISEGA sales representative could send only one member of personnel. “The smaller group of participants led, as expected, to a more intensive exchange of ideas and we were able all in all to do much more demanding training”, said Harald Lange, who led the team that prepared the event. There was of course once again sufficient time outside the technical program, which centred mainly on the topic of service. The participants from Australia, Asia, South America and West and East Europe seized the opportunity for intensive networking.
