News from LISEGA: HITEM hot-insulated pipe supports with calcium silicate insulation set new standards at high process temperatures by ensuring minimal heat loss. These pre-insulated pipe supports offer an economical alternative to non-insulated clamps made of high-alloy steels and are used in the petrochemical and process industries as well as in solar thermal power plants.
Our HITEM pipe supports are standardized in accordance with recognized international technical regulations and cover pipe diameters from OD 21.3 mm (1/2“) to 965.2 mm (38”) and insulation thicknesses from 25 mm (0.98”) to 250 mm (9.84”). They are made of high-quality materials that can withstand loads and operating temperatures of up to 650 °C / 1200 °F.
In addition, we are able to consider customer-specific requirements. HITEM pipe supports comply with all relevant standards and guidelines, including EN13480-3, MSS SP-58, VGB-R510L, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3 for industrial pipe supports, and CINI and ASTM C585 for insulation and geometries.
