In the grounds of the Beelitz-Heilstätten, a historical conservation area, a tree-top and time-travel path is being erected in the 200-year-old plantation, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the great variety of trees and the unique architecture of the sanatoriums and gardens from a new perspective. An outstanding feature of the new sanatorium park will be the observation tower, designed with architecturally appealing steelwork.

At a height of 36 metres, the television tower at Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be seen in fine weather. The steelwork of the observation tower is currently being installed. The tripled-strap steel frame design is braced at the individual levels by means of a wind bracing design with m.connect tension rod systems. In this bracing design, too, cross-sleeves were chosen as the economic and aesthetic solution. The tower staircase is also vertically stabilised with m.connect tension rods.
