Any personal data which might be requested on our website e. g. in a contact form or upon login / registration is provided by you on a voluntary basis. The provided information is used for our own business purposes (such as sending the requested materials / information).

Data protection regarding the processing of personal data of our business partners (customers / suppliers; B2B)
We, as the contractual partner of your company, process the personal data with regard to your person for our legitimate interests in the preparation of offers and the fulfilment of contracts on the basis of art. 6 (1) s. 1 let. f GDPR. Data protection concerning the application procedure
We process your personal data in the context of the application procedure as well as to determine your potential work-related applicability. In this regard, we process the data provided by you for the purpose of a well-founded personnel decision in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. In addition, assessment based on objective, non-discriminating criteria, are added; if permissible in the particular case, additional publicly available personal data will be added as well.
The data provided by you are essential for the execution of the application procedure. We are not able to consider your application without these data.
Retention and erasure of data
Your data is kept as long as it is needed for the purpose of the application procedure. In case you object to the data processing during the application procedure, the data – as far as no retention period is specified by law – will be erased.
The data will be erased at the end of the application procedure and after the period for filing a law suit has passed unless you agreed that your application will be saved for other job offers. Unsolicited applications will be kept at the longest until your withdrawal or for the period of two years and will then be erased.

Rights of the data subjects

GDPR you have the right to obtain information on the personal data concerned, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to object to processing of your personal data as well as the right to data portability. Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority according to Art. 77 GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. If the processing of the personal data is based on Article 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or Article 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR (Consent), you also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent until its withdrawal.

Data processing
We – LISEGA SE, Gerhard-Liesegang-Str. 1, 27404 Zeven – process your personal data in connection with your visit to your premises in order to fulfil administrative purposes and legal obligations (including the safety of persons on our premises, e.g. regarding occupational safety, evacuation in emergencies) on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR. Due to external requirements (for example within the scope of customs and tax law) it can happen that your personal data are compared with lists published by authorities (e. g. sanctions lists).
The following personal data will be processed:
- in the context of visitor registration: name, company name/authority, access data
- in the context of motor vehicle registration: name, company name/authority, license plate, access dates, reason for visit
The data you provide are absolutely necessary for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes. Without these data we cannot grant you access.
Images of you can also be stored as part of video surveillance. The recording is processed by us on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR only for the following purposes:
- for the protection of domiciliary rights,
- for access control,
- for the documentation of vehicle data,
- for the prevention of theft and vandalism,

We reserve the right to check these data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use. The data is deleted immediately, when it is no longer required for any purpose, but usually after 31 days. In the event of a necessary transfer of the data to third parties, the data will be retained until the case has been clarified and/or any resulting retention periods have expired.
Transfer of personal data
Some of your personal data will be viewed by external service providers (plant security). In some cases, external IT service providers (in the context of order data processing in accordance with Article 28 GDPR) can access your data. Here, the service providers act in accordance with instructions, which have been ensured by corresponding contracts.
In the event of a logged suspicion of a criminal offence or misdemeanour, records may be disclosed to the police, courts, lawyers, insurance companies, other agencies or authorities for law enforcement and/or prosecution purposes.
