LISEGA India – Installation of 500 kN testbench in India
For our newest production facility at LISEGA India a 500 kN test bench for (coupled) constant hangers is being installed. To this end two experts from the Special Machines & Tools department of the SE are on site for two weeks. A particular challenge is posed by the testbench height of over 6 m, whereby only 60 mm space is left between unit and ceiling crane. Thanks to excellent planning and execution on site the erection of the framework was completed in less than 3 days. Only the installation of the electrical and hydraulical components remains to be done. “With this new test bench we have not only an important increase in capacity for the adjustment of constant hangers, but in combination with the existing benches we now take the lead in test technology in India”, said Amitabh Anand, General Manager of LISEGA India.
