Standardized Loads and Connection Dimensions

At LISEGA standardization covers not only components but over and above that their optimum operation as a whole. To this end, load and travel distribution as well as functions and connections are logically adjusted to each other. In this way the range of LISEGA standard supports is designed as an effective modular system. The individual components form modules and are load and connection compatible.

So, by way of ingenious combinations, requirement-related support configurations can be produced. The comprehensive range of components enables adaptations to the mainfold support situations and operational conditions.

The load requirements are covered by sizes divided into 15 load groups.

Within one load group (nominal load), all components show unified load limits and safety margins. The connection geometry of the components (thread and pin diameter) are unified within one load group and are therefore compatible. For this reason, components from different product groupsunified load group can be connected together as safe load chains. By this way the faulty arrangement of differing load groups is excluded and within only one.
