THE YEARS 1991 - 2000
1991
A new shop is set up at the Zeven factory to cater for up-to-date final
assembly and an extensive testing area. The administration building is
extended to service the fast growing technical and commercial areas.
For more intensive market exploitation, a sales and engineering branch
is set up in Milton Keynes, near London, UK.
The company is approved in accordance with DIN ISO 9001.
1992
The founder of the company, Gerhard Liesegang, dies unexpectedly on 7th
October. After a period of shock and uncertainty, Hans-Herlof Hardtke,
managing director and part-owner at that time, is able to acquire
Gerhard Liesegang’s share in the company and becomes sole owner.
The computer software already introduced at an earlier date is now
out-dated and is replaced by a modern, integrated Production, Planning
and Control System.
1993
For optimum exploitation of the North American market, a complete
warehouse and local manufacturing plant are necessary. A modern
factory, strategically situated in Newport, Tennessee, is set up.

1994
LISEGA celebrates its 30th anniversary and holds the fifth
International Representatives Conference. 50 representatives from 21
countries take part.
1996
At the main factory in Zeven, wide-ranging extensions are carried out in manufacturing and administration.
1997
A sales office is opened in Beijing, China.
The affiliated company MÜRMANN Gewindetechnik is transferred to a more
favorable location, considerably extended and modernized.
Right on time for the tenth anniversary of LISEGA Inc., USA, a new
fabrication hall, which has the most up-to-date technology for
warehousing and material flow, is formally opened.
1998
LISEGA Inc. USA is awarded the NPT stamp by the American ASME Committee.
LISEGA S.A.R.L., France, can look back upon twenty years of successful operation.
Introduction of modern data processing for the order control system.
1999
Productivity in the Zeven plant is substantially increased by the introduction of software specially developed for LISEGA.
